? Identifying prospective clients and helping them understand our services
? Co-ordination with service partners to provide timely and quality service
? Handling client grievances and providing solutions for superior client satisfaction
? Introducing clients to the latest offers and schemes of the organization
? Candidates should be ready for 100% calling and rotational shifts
Person Specification :
? Good written and verbal communication skill.
? Happy to receive and make calls.
? Should be ready for both WFO and WFH.
? One regional language is must apart from Hindi and English.
