Job Description:

Responsible for obtaining all statutory permissions for Company's projects in & around Tamil Nadu i.e. Coimbatore and around.

Exposure in handling liaisoning of multiple projects i.e. Residential / Commercial, Residential Commercial mixed use, Plotted Development etc under different FSI schemes of Development Control Regulation or equivalent bye laws.

Knowledge of working of various departments such as Directorate of Town and Country Planning, Government of Tamil Nadu, CMDA, Local Authorities, Fire Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services, Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, Electricity Board various Gram panchayat i.e. Navallur & is a must.

Strategist regulatory approval process & minimizing delays

Proficiency in devising a tool or robust system of keeping a track on all compliance to achieve the desired approval timelines

To act as Company's interface in dealing with key level officials of relevant statutory authorities

A good rapport and networking with top liaisoning consultants is must

To prepare & control liaison budget

To present Approval MIS to management

To coordinate between Design & Liaison Architects, various Consultants& JV Partners

To finalize the contracts of Liaisoning Consultants

Ability to handle the crisis situation / issues as regards to statutory approvals

Provide technical inputs pertaining to liaisoning to company's Legal Dept. for drafting all Legal / Development Agreements & also for the relevant Undertakings / Indemnity Bonds required to be furnished to Statutory Authorities

Experience in working with Liaisoning Architects office, in Corporate environment& also with the renowned Developers
